EDC Central Committee Makes Endorsements

Last night, the El Dorado County GOP Central Committee Elected Members of Districts 1-5, finalized their endorsements for State and Federal Races. What does that mean? What that means is, after hearing about them, their platforms, asking questions and hearing answers as a Committee,

there is a vote that must have a 2/3 majority to receive an official endorsement. In a few races, there was not a majority reached, which means we will keep listening, learning and determine for June which Republican is the best option. Does that mean Republican Candidates without the "Endorsements" will not be given opportunities to still be heard? Absolutely not. In fact, we look forward to bringing as many of the Republican Candidates as possible to our Members in EDH and EDC.

We still look forward to seeing and hearing from our LOCAL candidates as they come forward, and will keep you all updated on who those Candidates are and how you can learn more about them.

The El Dorado County Republican Central Committee has endorsed the following candidates:

Joe Patterson--AD 5

No Endorsement--SD 4

Tom McClintock--CD 5

Kevin Kiley--CD 3

Governor-No Endorsement

Board of Equalization--Ted Gaines

US Senator--Mark Mueser
